30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both the monthly membership and the one-time lifetime purchase.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@optionfundamentals.live and we will help you get it sorted.

Once a refund is approved, the money is returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually takes a few business days to show it.

Cancelling a monthly membership

You can cancel a monthly membership at any time from the Pricing page using the "Manage membership" button, or through the billing portal link in your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

After the refund window

Beyond 30 days we handle requests case by case, and Paddle's own Refund Policy also applies to every order. If something has gone wrong, contact us — we would rather hear about it than leave you stuck.
